Aspect Gold, bright and brilliant. Nose The Chardonnay, exclusive varietal, carefully harvested by hand in 2015,
reveals all its finesse and its elegance, highlighted by sensual toasted touches,
characteristic signs of the vinification of 50% of the base wines in oak
barrels. |
Palate The purity and minerality of the chalk gently interlace a generous roundness, result of 6 years of patient ageing of the bottles on laths, with corks held by a clip. With this cuvée Opéris Brut millésimé 2015, Jean-Bernard and
Julien Moroy sign a heady
interpretation of the Grand Cru terroir
of Avize. |
