Aspect Gold, brilliant. Nose Generous aromatic harmony, between fragrances of nice ripe fruits and
subtle spices, quintessence of the meeting of the 3 champenois varietals (65% Pinot Noir, 22% Meunier and 13% Chardonnay),
harvested by hand in 2010 in the plots of the wine estate cultivated according
to the biodynamy principles. |
Palate Heady vitality reinforced by the adjusted dosage (2 g/L of sugar
added at disgorgement), prelude to the fullness, result of 11 years of ageing
of the bottles on laths. With this cuvée Quinte-Essence 2010 Extra-Brut,
Isabelle and Franck Pascal, driven by the desire to harmonize the energy flows while
respecting the biodiversity, sign a lively and
bright champagne. |
