Aspect Golden and bright, coupled with fine bubbles. Nose Sensual aromatic farandole,
between red and black fruits, apple, pear and citrus fruits, supported by outstanding
woody notes, signatures of the Pinot Noir (66%) and Chardonnay (34%) from the
vineyards of Buxeuil and Montgueux, cultivated according to the biodynamy
principles. |
Palate Delicious complexity, result of the ageing in solera (continuous blending since 2011). With this cuvée Chloé produced by indigenous
yeasts, with 52% in oak barrels, without dosage nor adding sulphur, Vincent
Couche, rigorous wine grower, resolutely committed to a responsible approach
to reduce his environmental footprint, offers us a rare champagne. |
