Aspect Gold, crystal-clear, decorated with delicate bubbles. Nose Radiant harmony of aromas of candied red and black fruits, apple, pear, apricot and citrus fruits compote, quintessence of the majority of Meunier (90%), underlined by the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in equal parts.	Palate Sensual fullness at the opening, highlighted by a silky effervescence, result of 7 years of patient ageing of the bottles on laths, with slow autolysis of the prise de mousse yeasts. With this Cuvée Lucie Millésimée 2013 - Extra Brut created in honour of his daughter, Ludovic David, wine grower, signs a superb champagne.
