Nose
Captivating aromas of nice ripe red and black
fruits, signatures of the Pinot Noir macerated for 12 hours after
manuel harvest in 2015, in the locality « Les Champs Bernard » classified
as Premier Cru in Avenay-Val-d’Or.

Palate
The vitality, reinforced by the adjusted dosage with only 3 g/L
of sugar added at disgorgement, gives way to a heady fullness.
