Aspect Golden, brilliant, sparkling with a thousand bubbles. Nose The
Chardonnay, exclusive varietal carefully harvested by hand in 2011 in 5 Grands
Crus of the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and
Oger) disseminates its refined elegance, between white fruits compote, candied
citrus fruits and outstanding spices. |
Palate The vertiginous and mineral purity, obtained by the selection of the first juices (cuvée) during the pressing of the grapes, gives way to a sensual fullness, result of 10 years of ageing of the bottles on laths, underlined by improbable woody notes. With this Comtes de Champagne
Grands Crus Blanc de Blancs 2011, Alexandre Ponnavoy, cellar master of the
Champagne house Taittinger, enhances the Chardonnay. |
