Chardonnay, harvested by hand in the plot « Les blanches voies » in the Premier
Cru of Rilly-la-Montagne, in the Mountain of Reims, reveals all its elegance,
with its aromas of apple and pear compote, and candied citrus fruits. |
Palate The vitality, reinforced by the adjusted dosage with only 4 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement, unveils a radiant fullness, supported by a roasted breath, definitely thanks to the 8 months of ageing of the base wines in oak barrels. With this heady cuvée Blanc de Blancs extra-brut, Anthony
and Clémence Toullec sign their first parcelled cuvée. |
