Aspect Golden yellow, brilliant, coupled with delicate bubbles. Nose Radiant
aromas of red fruits (strawberry, blackcurrant, blueberry and raspberry),
apple, pear and candied citrus fruits, subtly spicy, result of the meeting of
the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in equal parts, harvested by hand in 2012 at
perfect ripeness. |
Palate Delicious purity, reinforced by the timely stop of the malolactic fermentation of the base wines. Generous fullness with its roasted touches, thanks to 8 years of ageing on laths of the bottles, before disgorgement. With this Brut Millésime 2012,
Ingrid de Chassey, inspired wine grower, signs a radiant interpretation of
the Grand Cru terroir of Louvois. |
