Aspect Gold, bright. Nose Sensual generosity, between
scents of nice ripe red and black fruits, citrus fruits, apple and pear,
signatures of the osmosis between the majority of Pinot Noir (80%) and the
Chardonnay (20%), selected in the Grand Cru of Bouzy, in the Mountain of
Reims. |
Palate Remarkable presence, underlined by an adjusted dosage (5 g/L of sugar) and supported by a radiant maturity thanks to a long ageing on laths of the bottles, with cork held by a clip. For this Cuvée Juline Grand
Cru, Eric and Bruno Vesselle were able to blend their best reserve wines to
sign a touching champagne. |
