Aspect Gold, crystal-clear and brilliant. Nose The
Chardonnay, exclusive varietal harvested by hand in 2015, reveals all its sensuality
thanks to a parcelled vinification in demi-muids, without clarification nor
filtration, and to a long ageing on laths (6 years) with corks. |
Palate
Radiant
fullness, supported by a minimalist dosage (3 g/L of sugar). For this Champagne
Extra Brut 2015 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru - Avizoise, Pascal
Agrapart and his son Ambroise selected the oldest plots (60 years old), in
the localities facing south (Robarts and Gros Yeux), to highlight the
particular facets of the Grand Cru of Avize. |
