Aspect Golden and crystal-clear, coupled with fine bubbles. Nose Radiant, with scents of peach, apricot and candied
citrus fruits, results of the blending of the majority of Meunier (84%) and Chardonnay
(16%), with 4 years (2016, 2015, 2014 and 2013), from the vineyard cultivated
in biodynamic viticulture. |
Palate The vertiginous purity, reinforced by the adjusted dosage with only 1.7 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement, gives way to a sensual caress, improbable signature of the terroirs revealed by an inspired vinification. This splendid cuvée Terre d’Irizée,
only available by reservation, symbolises the link of Régis Poissinet with
nature. |
