Aspect Golden and crystal-clear, driven by a fine effervescence. Nose Initially
shy, it reveals an outstanding farandole of fragrances of candied fruits (apricot,
peach, quince and citrus fruits), underlined by delicate spicy and roasted
touches thanks to the patient ageing on
laths of the bottles (6 years), in the historic cellars of the house. |
Palate Heady vitality, highlighted by the minerality of the flints and enhanced by a radiant roundness. For this Cuvée Eclipse -
Zéro Dosage - Meunier from the range Constellation, Sébastien Lapierre, cellar
master, was able to stop the malolactic fermentation of the base wine, with no
sugar added at disgorgement, to unveil all the purity of the Meunier in the Premier
Cru terroir of Pierry. |
