Aspect
Pale
yellow, with subtle emerald glints, driven by a delicate effervescence. Nose
Heady elegance
with fragrances of apple, pear and candied citrus fruits, underlined by touches
of white flowers and roasting, signatures of the Chardonnay harvested by hand
in 2018. |
Palate
Beautiful freshness enhanced by the minerality of the
chalk, reinforced by the adjusted dosage with only 5 g/L of sugar added
at disgorgement, and coupled with a silky gentleness. For this cuvée Tsarine Blanc de Blancs, Isabelle
Tellier, œnologist and cellar master, was able to compose the inspired
blending of the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oger and
Le Mesnil-sur-Oger). |
