Aspect
Glittering brilliance and delicate bubbles.
Nose
Refined sensuality of the fragrances of apple, pear, peach, citrus
fruits and white flowers, delicately toasted and spicy thanks to the long
ageing of the bottles, on laths, with patient autolysis of the prise de mousse yeasts, in the deep
cellars of the house.

Palate
The freshness of the attack, reinforced
by the selection of the purest grape juices during the soft pressing, reveals
an endless delicacy.
Clément
Pierlot, cellar master of the Champagne house Pommery, was able to select the
best grapes from the best plots in the Grands Crus of Aÿ, Avize and
Cramant, to sign a bright Cuvée Louise Pommery 2005, in the pure Pommery style.
