Aspect Pale gold, crystal-clear. Fine bubbles. Nose The delicate
aromas of apple, pear and citrus fruits gently interlace the radiant scents of
peach, quince and apricot, thanks to the inspired meeting of the Chardonnay and
Meunier in equal parts, harvested by hand in 2014. |
Palate Radiant freshness at the opening, enhanced by the extra brut dosage (3.5 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement). Later, the mouth reveals all its generosity, result of 6 years of ageing of the bottles on laths. With this cuvée Libertine Extra Brut, Maxime
