Palate The bright tension, reinforced by the adjusted dosage (extra brut: less than 6 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement), unveils a delicious delicacy thanks to the long ageing of the bottles (9 years) in the cellars of the house. With
this cuvée Egérie de Pannier 2012,
Yann Munier, inspired cellar master, has been perpetuating with talent the
strong spirit of the Egérie collection of the Champagne house Pannier. |
