apple and pear compote, plum and cherry liqueur, underlined by delicate
spices and coupled with beautiful toasted touches, expressions of the
maturity of the champagne. |
Palate The freshness of the opening, reinforced by the exclusive selection of the first juices (cuvée) during the pressing of the grapes, unveils an endless delicacy. With this cuvée PN VZ 16, Gilles
Descôtes, cellar master, enhances the Pinot Noir, leading varietal of the
Champagne house Bollinger, mainly cultivated in 2016 in the Grand Cru of Verzenay,
in the Mountain of Reims. |
