Aspect Beautiful ruby red colour, dense and bright. Nose Endless and generous farandole of nice ripe red and
black fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry),
driven by soft spices, delicious signature of the Pinot Noir and Meunier cultivated
without pesticides in the locality « Les Terres Rouges », in Belval, and
harvested by hand at perfect ripeness. |
Palate Heady balance, supported by the sensual structure of
the elegant tannins. For this cuvée Confiance 2018, Isabelle and Franck Pascal, ethical wine
growers, took care of the grapes with sensitivity vinifying naturally by the
yeasts of the terroir, without sulphur
nor additives, to sign an exciting Coteau
Champenois. |
