Aspect White gold, crystal-clear, driven by a dynamic effervescence. Nose The scents of red and black
fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry), delicately spicy,
signatures of the majority of Pinot Noir (85%), are enhanced by notes of
citrus fruits, white fruits and white flowers, characteristic signs of the
Chardonnay (15%). |
Palate Brilliant purity at the opening. The mouth is then revealed generous, thanks to 25% of reserve wines in the blending. With this Cuvée Pure with a very good value
for money, Pascal Picard, wine grower, offers us an outstanding interpretation
of the beautiful terroirs of the Côte
des Bar. |
