red and black fruits, coupled with delicate spices, signatures of the
majority of Pinot Noir (80%) delicately macerated during the vinification, and
underlined by a spark of citrus fruits and apple, characteristic sign of the Chardonnay
(20%). |
Palate Sensual balance between heady vitality and generous roundness, driven by the red fruits and highlighted by the minerality of the best Crus of the Mountain of Reims (Mailly-Champagne, Villers-Marmery, etc.), main origin of the grapes. Yann

talent in the service of this Egérie from Pannier, to compose a high
