Palate Heady purity at the opening, underlined by the stop of the malolactic fermentation of 21% of the base wines. A generous fullness is slowly unveiled, result of 11 years of
ageing of the bottles on laths. With this cuvée Orpale 2008, Cédric Jacopin, cellar
master, reveals the quintessence of the Chardonnay. |
