Aspect Bright pink. Refined bubbles. Nose Gourmet and radiant with scents of red and black fruits, delicate
spices, apple and pear, thanks to the inspired blending of the Grands Crus with 15% of Pinot Noir vinified
as red wine and 85% of white base wine of Chardonnay. |
Palate The liveliness of the attack, deliciously mineral, gives way to a generous and fruity mouth, highlighted by a silky effervescence, result of 4 years of ageing of the bottles on laths with patient autolysis of the prise de mousse yeasts. With this Rosé
Grand Cru, Jean-Paul Poussin, president of the Champagne de la Brèche, arranged
a touching traditionally blended champagne rosé. |
