Palate Ample and generous, with a rare presence and an impressive balance, real delicacy of red and black fruits. For this cuvée Les Laytis Rosé de Saignée, Emmanuel Couvreur, passionate
wine grower selected the oldest plot of the wine estate (over 100 years old),
in 2018, in the locality « Les Laytis » of the Premier Cru of Ecueil, to
sign an unforgettable champagne rosé de macération. |
