Aspect Golden and bright. Nose Radiant, thanks to the patient ageing between disgorgement and shipment (6 to 9 months). The Chardonnay, chosen in
the best Crus of the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger,
Oger...), reveals all its elegance with aromas of white fruits and citrus
fruits. |
Palate The brilliant vitality, supported by the minerality of the chalk, comes before a silky delicacy, delicately toasted and roasted thanks to the inspired blending of the base wines, with 40% of reserve wines, reinforced by the long ageing of the bottles on laths (4 to 5 years). True to their historical motto (Industria - Integritas
- Concordia), the Champagne house Barons de Rothschild offers us a sensual
and exciting Blanc de Blancs. |
