Aspect Straw yellow, bright, coupled with fine bubbles. Nose The radiant
aromas of candied red and black fruits, signatures of the Pinot Noir (50%) planted
in 1969 in the locality « Les Plus », interlace the scents of white fruits and
vine peach, thanks to the Chardonnay (50%) planted in 1982 in the locality «
Les Vicomtés ». |
Palate Sensual generosity, highlighted by gentle toasted and roasted touches, characteristic signs of the ageing of the base wines in barrels, on fine lees. Anthony and Clémence Toullec
were able to select their old plots of vine, in the Premier Cru of Rilly-la-Montagne,
to compose this touching Cuvée
Assemblage, with 15% of perpetual reserve wines in casks. |
