Aspect Golden and brilliant. Nose Radiant generosity with scents of apple, pear and citrus fruits compote, underlined by improbable
touches of spices, particular signatures of the Chardonnay harvested by hand in
2014 in the Mountain of Reims. |
Palate Bright presence, reinforced by 5 years of ageing on
laths of the bottles with corks. For this cuvée Esprit Tradition 2014 Blanc de Blancs, David Baudot, passionate
wine grower vinified and aged with sensitivity a barrel of each of the 3 Grands
Crus of the wine estate (Mailly-Champagne, Verzenay and Verzy) to enhance the
Chardonnay. |
