Palate Balanced at the opening, between bright vitality and silky and warm structure reinforced by the 8 g/L of sugar added during the dosage, just after disgorgement. Isabelle Tellier, œnologist and cellar master of the
Champagne house Tsarine, combines with talent the 3 champenois varietals almost in equal parts, to compose a high
level champagne Brut Rosé. |
