touches of spices and flowers, characteristic signs of the Chardonnay and
Pinot Noir in equal parts, supported by generous scents of honey and pastries
obtained by 12 years of ageing of the bottles on laths. |
Palate Heady fullness, enhanced by the minerality of the chalk, between vitality and warm roundness. For
this Cuvée Hemera 2006 brilliant, Alice
Tétienne, cellar master of the Champagne house Henriot, put his œnological
talent in the service of 6 Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs (Le
Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize and Chouilly) and of the Mountain of Reims (Mailly-Champagne,
Verzy and Verzenay). |
