Aspect Bright colour with ruby red glints, thanks to the inspired blending of 8% of red wine from Bouzy and 92% of white base wines. Nose Joyful aromatic farandole of scents of nice ripe
red and black fruits, characteristic sign of the Pinot Noir (50%), underlined
by elegant touches of white fruits and citrus fruits, signatures of the
Chardonnay (50%). |
Palate Sensual and heady balance between delicious vitality and voluptuous caress, reinforced by the generous dosage with 10 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement. With
this Brut Rosé, fruit of the meeting of 3 years of harvest, Maxime
Dauvergne, wine grower, signs a joyful delicacy, outstanding interpretation
of the Grand Cru of Bouzy, in the Mountain of Reims. |
