Aspect Golden and brilliant. Fine effervescence. Nose The Chardonnay, carefully harvested by hand in 2011
in the Grand Cru of Chouilly, in the Côte des Blancs, reveals all its
sensuality with fragrances of candied citrus fruits, apple and pear compote, and exotic fruits. |
Palate Outstanding vitality at the opening, underlined by the minerality of the chalk. The mouth is revealed generous, gently spicy, thanks to 8 years of ageing on laths of the bottles before riddling and disgorgement. With
