Aspect Golden, coupled with a fine effervescence. Nose Radiant, it takes us into a heady aromatic whirl between fragrances of
red and black fruits, deliciously spicy, signatures of the majority of Pinot
Noir, and scents of apple and pear compote, underlined by a spark of candied
citrus fruits, expressions of the Chardonnay. |
Palate Gourmet and generous mouth, highlighted by the dynamic effervescence, deliciously toasted, perhaps the characteristic sign of the base wines of Chardonnay aged in oak barrels. With
this Cuvée Christiane, Thomas Cheurlin, wine grower, offers us a touching
interpretation of the beautiful terroirs
of the Ource Valley, Arce Valley and Seine Valley, in the Côte des Bar. |
