Aspect Golden, with emerald glints. Delicate bubbles. Nose The Chardonnay, exclusive
varietal, harvested by hand in plots facing south-est, reveals all its elegance
with its aromas of apple, pear and candied citrus fruits, deliciously iodized. |
Palate The lively and mineral attack unveils a sensual
gentleness, highlighted by the creamy effervescence, coupled with notes of
pastries, definitely the characteristic sign of the 9 years of ageing on
