Aspect Golden and brilliant. Fine and elegant bubbles. Nose Delicate sensuality, between scents of candied citrus fruits, apple and
pear compote, signatures of the Chardonnay (90%), and touches of spices and
red and black fruits, supported by the reserved power of the Pinot Noir (10%). |
Palate Bright freshness thanks to the adjusted dosage with only 6 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement. Radiant maturity, revelation of 5 years of ageing on laths of the bottles, before riddling and disgorgement on the spot. With this Cuvée Raymond Verrier 2014, Emmanuel
