Aspect: White gold, bright. Fine and dynamic effervescence. Nose: Intense and endless pleasure. The Chardonnay (50%) offers us its outstanding
scents of white fruits, peach and apricot compote. Later, the Pinot Noir (50%) is revealed, radiant, with
generous touches of red and black fruits, delicately spicy. |
Palate: The heady tension, reinforced by the low dosage with 5 g/L of
sugar added at disgorgement and highlighted by the vibrant minerality of the
chalk of the Premiers and Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs and Mountain of
Reims, is enhanced by the sensual fullness of the champagne obtained by 8 years of ageing of the
bottles, on laths, with slow autolysis of the prise de mousse yeasts. With this Millésime 2010, the Champagne house Barons de Rothschild
signs an unforgettable interpretation of the year 2010. |
