Aspect: Dense and crystal-clear gold. Lively and refined effervescence. Nose: Radiant, source of rare emotions. The
Pinot Noir, exclusive varietal of the cuvée,
carefully harvested by hand in 2014, is slowly unveiled between reserved
power and endless complexity, in aromas of red fruits compote and subtle
spices. |
Palate: Tasty balance at the opening, highlighted by the
bright minerality of the chalk of the Grands Crus of the Mountain of Reims, exclusive
origins of the grapes. The mouth becomes soft and sensual,
characteristic sign of the maturity of the champagne obtained by 4 years of
ageing on laths of the bottles, before riddling and disgorgement. With this Blanc de Noirs 2014 Grand Cru, Alain Gérin-Vanzella offers us a high level champagne. |
