Aspect: Gold, dense and crystal-clear. Festive and regular effervescence. Nose: Radiant generosity, source of intense pleasure. The aromas of red and black fruits interlace with
tenderness the scents of white and yellow fruits, citrus fruits and flowers,
heady testimony of the sensual blending of varietals (34% Chardonnay, 33%
Pinot Noir and 33% Meunier). |
Palate: Bright liveliness at the opening, reinforced by the minimalist dosage
with only 3 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement. The mouth becomes gentleness, balanced, ample and creamy, thanks to 3
years of patient ageing of the bottles on laths, with autolysis of the prise de mousse yeasts. For this joyful Cuvée Orium, Isabelle Tellier,
œnologist and cellar master, was able to orchestrate with sensitivity the
osmosis of the vintages, with 37% of reserve wines from 2013 and 2014. |
