blackcurrant, strawberry and raspberry), an expression of the carefully
selected 70% Pinot Meunier

grapefruit), thanks to the 30% Chardonnay

Delicate notes of exotic fruit (mango) and spices
(pepper, cinnamon, liquorice)

mineral liveliness and enveloping roundness

With this Cuvée Plaisir, Philippe Dumont, the producer presents Champagne with exuberance and a merry personality, a source of beautiful sensations. It delivers an original image of the noble terroir of Chigny les Roses, classified as Premier Cru.
Ideal as an aperitif, wonderful during a festive meal,
with stir-fried marinated beef with ginger and broccoli or a lemon tart, for
example.
