Aspect: Beautiful, copper-coloured. Fine and regular effervescence. Nose: Intense and generous, source of rare emotions. Radiant aromas of candied red and black fruits,
signatures of the Pinot Noir, exclusive varietal of the cuvée, harvested by hand in 2016 in the plot « Les
Chauffours ». |
Palate: Lively attack, reinforced by the extra brut dosage (less than
6 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement). The mouth gently establishes itself, ample and tasty, driven by the
minerality and the fragrances of red fruits. With this cuvée Terranum,
first champagne produced by Julien Moroy
assisted by his father Jean-Bernard, the Champagne house Louis Massing offers
us a heady rosé de saignée. |
