The
Champagne Georges Vesselle is located in Bouzy in the Reims Mountain on a noble
soil, southerly oriented, on a vineyard of 17 hectares consisting of 90% of
Pinot Noir. It has been carrying on the Champagne ancestral tradition since the
sixteenth century by making high quality Champagne and red Bouzy.
The presentation of this Champagne is elegant and
traditional.
Appearance :
- Light yellow, luminous
- Numerous and fine bubbles
- Refined Cordon
Aroma :
- Intense and
persuasive
- Dominant characteristic of ripe red fruits
(blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry, raspberry) and plum, expression of the
90% of Pinot Noir, peppered with a discreet citrus overtone (lemon,
grapefruit) which translates the presence of 10% of Chardonnay in the
blending.
Taste :
- Stirring balance between power and elegance
- Dynamic sparkling
- Finale subtly peppered on
minerality
- Good length on the palate.
This harmonious blending Brut without
Vintage conveys a good image of the Champagne Georges Vesselle as well as of the

It will fill you with wonder at the aperitif and will accompany your meals with friends when served with some goat cheese or beef boulettes with rice.
