Bergeronneau-Marion passionately produces Champagne of great expression.

this special white glass bottle with original colourful labelling showing grapes tread

Appearance
:
·
Pale gold, bright
·
Fine perlage
·
Elegant bead of bubbles
Nose :
·
The nose opens with subtlety and elegance,
very delicate, with aromas of citrus fruits (lime, grapefruit), a noble
expression of the Chardonnay, the sole vine of the cuvée
·
Left to breathe, you are rewarded with rich
notes, delicately woody, toasted and vanilla-like, the result of perfectly
controlled ageing in oak barrels, together with hints of exotic fruits
(apricot, mango), apple and pear.
Palate
:
·
Characteristic pure attack, the result of carefully timed malolactic fermentation
·
The palate evolves towards an abundant
roundness, near to full bodied, with a distinct effervescence
·
The finish has rare intensity, delicately
peppery, tending towards minerality and citrus fruit (clementine)
· Remarkable length on the palate
This Brut Blanc de blancs from the Champagne
House of F. Bergeronneau-Marion aged in oak barrels has a truly exciting personality,
the perfect reward for the expertise of Florent Bergeronneau, the producer.
Drink as an aperitif, or to
accompany fish and seafood dishes.
