Aspect: White gold, brilliant. Fine effervescence and regular bead of bubbles. Nose: Heady harmony of delicate scents. The Chardonnay, exclusive varietal of the cuvée, carefully harvested by hand during the best years, reveals its aromas of white fruits, white flowers and citrus fruits, highlighted by an iodized breath.	Palate: Pure attack, reinforced by the timely stop of the malolactic fermentation of the base wines and supported by the minerality of the Premier Cru terroir of Vertus. The mouth becomes sensual, gentle and warm, characteristic sign of the long ageing of the bottles, on laths, with slow autolysis of the prise de mousse yeasts. With this Cuvée Blanche, Eraldo Schirru, passionate wine grower signs an outstanding blanc de blancs.
