Mythical Champagne
Founded in 1838, the Champagne House of Deutz has
grown over generations. Located in Aÿ with property extending across 42
hectares of vineyard, it understands how to develop its own production technique
with due regard to champenois traditions.

alluring complexity together with rare elegance, the result of perfectly
blending 3 champenois varietals

buttery, brioche-like, roasted aromas together with honey and beeswax,
caramel, blond tobacco, expressions of the exceptional maturity obtained
with patient ageing sur lattes (12 years)
- Opening
with delicate notes of candied citrus fruit, peach, pear, apricot and
raisin, evidence of the 25% Chardonnay
- Left to breathe it reveals a hint of delicately spicy red fruits and plum, expressed by the 10% Pinot Meunier
Palate :

and enveloping, dense and voluptuous, almost winy, thanks to the 65% Pinot
Noir, bolstered by elegant minerality

With this Cuvée William Deutz 1999, the Chef de Cave Michel Davesne, signs his name to Champagne with strong personality, well defined and harmonious, an unforgettable interpretation of a superb 1999.
