Aspect: Gold, dense and bright. Refined and regular bubbles. Nose: Radiant elegance. The Chardonnay, carefully harvested by hand in
2013, slowly unveils its endless finesse, between aromas of white fruits and
exotic fruits, almond and hazelnut, driven by delicate touches of honey and
caramel. |
Palate: Heady balance at the opening, enhanced by the brilliant minerality of the Premiers Crus of Grauves, in the Côte
des Blancs, and Bisseuil, in the Mountain of Reims. The mouth becomes caressing thanks to 6 years of ageing on laths of
the bottles, before disgorgement. For this Cuvée
Saint-Nicaise 2013, Bruno Charlemagne, œnologist and cellar master of the
Champagne house Bauchet, signs a joyful interpretation of the year 2013. |
