Aspect: Gold, dense and crystal-clear. Fine and festive effervescence. Nose: Endless aromatic harmony. The gentle scents of red and black fruits, heady
expressions of the majority of Pinot Noir (two thirds), mingle with delicate
fragrances of white fruits and exotic fruits, thanks to the Chardonnay (one
third). |
Palate: Dazzling contrast at the opening between the lively tension,
highlighted by the minerality of the chalk of the Mountain of Reims (Bouzy,
Ambonnay and Louvois) and the sensual gentleness of the maturity (3 years of
ageing on laths) supported by the continuous blending of the base wines and
the generous dosage with 20 g/L of sugar added. With this Cuvée Douceur, Philippe Secondé,
œnologist wine grower, signs a jewel, to discover absolutely. |
