vineyard area, the Champagne House of René
Gué produces and sells around 30,000 bottles per year, obtained
exclusively from Chardonnay.

lattes of the bottles, carefully controlled by Philippe Gué, the producer

Left to breathe, you are rewarded with delicious
nuances of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit, clementine), enriched by white
flowers, hazelnut and almond

A marked attack, swiftly complimented by a enveloping, smooth roundness,
almost creamy, thanks to a meticulous malolactic fermentation process and appropriate dosage, with 10g/L of sugar added at disgorgement
