The Champagne House of Pierre Mignon has stood
in Le Breuil, in the Marne Valley for 5 generations, with 15 hectares of
vineyard scattered throughout the entire Champagne region, producing and
selling over 400,000 bottles a year, with continual attention to quality.

citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), white fruits, hazelnuts and almonds, typical
expression of the 35% Chardonnay

(blackcurrant, raspberry, ...), a wonderful expression of the 55% Pinot Meunier

Left to breathe, you are rewarded with
delicate buttery notes and hints of brioche combined with delicate scents of
exotic fruits, signs of the maturity of this Cuvée, obtained with
lengthy ageing sur lattes for 3 years and perfect workmanship of the Chef
de Cave, Jean-Charles Mignon
