Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne, the Gobillard family have carried on
the champenois tradition for three generations.

Appearance

Nose :
- Intense and captivating,
- Great complexity slowly revealing the candied fruits (citrus
fruits, peach, cherry liqueur, apricot, ...), almond, hazelnut, but also
honey and spices
- The nose then develops towards delicate scents of brioche, toasted bread, lightly toasted and roasted, a vibrant expression of the great maturity of this Cuvée, obtained with patient ageing sur lattes (5 years), all perfectly controlled
Palate
:
- Mighty attack, round and warm, an expression of the 30% Pinot Noir,
obtained from old vines cultivated in the noble terroir of
Hautvillers, bolstered by the freshness and minerality of the 70%
Chardonnay of Cumières
- Deliciousness of citrus fruits, red fruits and spices
- Steady effervescence
- Remarkable length on the palate
Champagne
with character, this Cuvée Prestige captivates the drinker and demonstrates all
the wine grower talent of Hervé Gobillard, the producer.
Drink
as an aperitif, with salmon canapés, or why not, during a meal to accompany
free-range chicken cooked in cream.
