Aspect: Gold, bright. Fine and regular bubbles. Nose: Heady balance. The reserved power of the majority of Pinot Noir
(80%), becomes more confident with aromas of red and black fruits, underlined
by the elegance of the Chardonnay (20%) and its delicate fragrances of apple,
citrus fruits and fresh almond. |
Palate: Delicious liveliness at the opening, driven by the tonic minerality,
characteristic sign of the best terroirs
of Champagne. The mouth becomes sensual, gentle and captivating, punctuated by subtle spices and driven by the silky
effervescence. With this cuvée Brut, Geoffrey Péhu, wine grower, offers us a radiant champagne,
with a very good value for money. |
