Mythical Champagne
Grouping 85 cooperatives and more than 5,000 wine growers, the Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, more important union of cooperatives of Champagne created in 1972, first brand of Champagne in France, relies on its stainless steel vathouse of 300,000 hectoliters and on its storage capacity of more than 100 million bottles, at Chouilly, to craft 10 million bottles a year of quality Champagnes, in the respect of the environment.
Inimitable bottle, symbol of the brand.

·
Refined bead of bubbles.
Nose:
·
Blooming and sensual.
·
Scents of
strawberry and raspberry, then delicate spices, signature of the Pinot Noir
(50%), before revealing the completed maturity of the Champagne, with honey and
beeswax aromas, evolving towards hints of chocolate and roasted coffee, thanks
to the 10 years of ageing on the laths of the bottles before disgorgement.
·
The
patience is rewarded by the appearance of beautiful shades of apple, pear,
apricot, raisins and white flowers, subtly mentholated, expression of the Chardonnay
(50%).
Palate:
·
Sensual and warm first taste, underlined by a great
purity, thanks to the meticulous selection of the first juices during pressing
(cuvée) and by a moving minerality, marked by the terroirs mainly selected in
Grand Crus: Chouilly, Cramant, le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize and Montgueux for the Chardonnay;
Bouzy, Verzy, Verzenay, Aÿ and Ambonnay for the Pinot Noir.
·
Caressing finish.
·
Remarkable length on the palate.
