Aspect: Gold, solar and brilliant. Delicate and dynamic effervescence. Nose: Intense, coupled with a radiant complexity. The generous aromas of red and black fruits,
punctuated by subtle spices, signatures of the black varietals (40% of
Meunier and 20% of Pinot Noir), intimately mingle with the delicate scents of
the Chardonnay (40%). |
Palate: Joyful balance at the opening, driven by
the bright minerality of the beautiful terroir
of Château-Thierry, in the Marne Valley. The maturity of the cuvée delights us, with its gourmet flavours of honey and caramel
finely roasted, result of 6 years of ageing of the bottles. With this Millésime 2012, the Champagne house Lété-Vautrain offers us
a heady champagne, with a good value for money. |
